Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner to join our friendly and professional team on a self-employed, freelance basis. This role is instrumental in helping us achieve our goal of providing exceptional, tailored occupational health services.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage approximately 2 OH referrals per week, focusing largely on prolonged sickness absence caseloads.
Conduct assessments through remote video consultations.
Utilise our standardised OH templates for assessments to ensure consistency and quality.
Liaise with our secretarial team for report typing and administrative support.
Complete assessments within a 14-day period from the date of referral.
Requirements:
Certified Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner with relevant experience.
Must have a clean DBS check.
Appropriate indemnity cover.
Registered as self-employed.
Proficient in remote consultation and assessment processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, efficiently, and with a high degree of professionalism.
