Great opportunity to join us as a Occupational Health Nurse Advisor based out of our Knutsford office working Hybrid attending in person clinics. You will be joining a well established, supportive and progressive clinical team. This is a great position for an experienced Occupational Health Nurse Advisor using your experience in occupational health (OH) & Mental Health Support is essential. The Role:
Working closely with Occupational Health Case Managers to triage case load Undertaking Clinical Case Management Support calls with employees offering clinical advice, guidance and support Conduct Early Intervention assessments by Teams & Telephone making recommendations on workplace adjustments Carry out Occupational Health Assessments both face to face and virtually advising on adjustments and fitness to work Work closely with OH Case Managers to provide case updates and flag any potential issues Work collaboratively with the existing clinical team to generate advice guides and marketing material to support the absence process Support New Client On-Boarding sessions to explain how to get the best from our service Assist the OH Admin Team in the sourcing of new providers Update to our CRM system
The RequirementRegistered General NurseExperience working in UK occupational health & Mental Health Support which is essentialDiploma or degree in Occupational Health is essentialNEBOSH certificate is an added advantageExcellent knowledge of occupational health and employment legislationExcellent planning and organisation skillsAbility to work autonomously and as part of a teamEvidence of continuing professional developmentKnowledge of IT programs, i.e. Word, Excel, outlook.Self motivated and good time managementSensitive to clients needsSkills in performing specific health surveillance relevant to OHWorking within a Health & Safety environmentAt WTW, we believe difference makes us stronger.
