The role will involve travel to Devon, Somerset, Kent and Suffolk throughout the year for audits, appraisals and team events equating to approx 4 weeks. The role will involve:Assessing new clients presenting to Occupational Health in person or by referral and initiate management of caseAssessing clients fitness to work for the appropriate job and issuing fitness certificatesSupporting, advising, monitoring and assessing the clinical practice of the OH TeamProviding strong leadership to OH Technicians and wider multidisciplinary teamProvide clear and professional advice to clients and employeesTo apply you will need to be a qualified and experienced Occupational Health Nurse Advisor with proven leadership and management experience in Occupational Health.Upload your CV today and one of our consultants will be in touch.
