Occupational Health Advisor (Part-Time: 3 days/week)Job Type: Part-timeSalary: £40,000.00 - £48,000.00 per year*Salary Pro Rata for Part-TimeAll positions are Hybrid and entail some travel. Specific working from home days cannot be guaranteed as they depend on business need.Job Description:Join our Occupational Health team to deliver excellent service. Collaborate with client businesses to enhance the health, safety, and wellbeing of their employees through clinical services in both private and public sectors.Responsibilities:.Manage a range of specialist nurse activities, including:Occupational Health ill health/ management referralsHealth Screening and SurveillanceNew starter screeningOH direct servicesWorkplace AssessmentsHealth Promotion ProgrammesConduct face-to-face, video, or telephone consultations in compliance with BHSF, NMC, NMBI Code of professional Conduct & Ethics for ROI, and client guidelines.Ensure accurate record-keeping and adhere to BHSF and NMC/ NMBI confidentiality policy.Manage clinical operations efficiently, contributing to service effectiveness.Maintain communication with BHSF colleagues for issue reporting and consultation on complex cases.Stay updated on changing legislation, clinical practice, and managerial stylesAdhere to legislation and external regulatory frameworks such as SEQOSH/ NMC/ NMBI / RCN. Requirements/Qualifications: Full Valid Driving LicenceRegistered General Nurse (RGN).Part of the NMC/ NMBI registerSkills:Clinical Skills: spirometry, new starter screening, immunisations, phlebotomy, skin assessments, ECGs, drug and alcohol testing, telephone and face-to-face consultations.IT Skills and experience with Cohort.29 days ALContributory pensionHealth cash planEnhanced
