UCLH Occupational Health & Wellbeing Service are seeking to recruit two skilled and experienced Occupational Health Advisors on a full-time (37.5 hours/week) basis. You will be required to undertake a full remit of Occupational Health duties. Registered Nurse Specialist Practitioner in Occupational Health to certificate, Diploma or Degree level or demonstration of equivalent knowledge and skills
ExperienceEssential
Extensive experience as qualified registered nurse (minimum 5 years). Significant OH nursing experience (minimum 3 years). NHS Occupational Health experience Some Management experience.
Skills & Abilities and KnowledgeEssential
Up-to-date knowledge of Occupational health issues/legislation/directives Highly developed verbal communications skills to include presentation skills and basic counselling. Knowledge of clinical governance and its relevance to OH Up to date Vaccination and Phlebotomy Training
Desirable
Conduct and participate in the monitoring and auditing of occupational health clinical activities. A good understanding of Infection, prevention and control measures and contact tracing.

Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as a member of a multidisciplinary team. Good Interpersonal skills Flexible approach to ever changing demands of the service.
