We have a current opportunity for a Occupational Health Administrator on a temporary basis. The position will be based in London. For further information about this position please apply.Responsibilities:General Administration:Serve as the primary contact for all general inquiries to the department, whether received via email, mail, or in person.Manage all administrative aspects of the clinic, adhering to established processes and protocols.Coordinate booking appointments and arranging meetings or meeting rooms as required.Facilitate communication with specialists for updates on outstanding reports.Finance:Act as the departmental focal point for financial-related services.Process invoices and credit notes through Shell systems in accordance with company policies.Records Management:Manage all aspects of current and legacy archived medical records.Record DSAR/legal requests on spreadsheets and facilitate clinician sign-off.Ensure all required information is provided and process requests per company protocols.Compile files for doctor review, complete document release checklists, and send to appropriate parties.Qualifications and Skills:Ideally suited to an experienced medical administrator, preferably with a background in occupational health.Alternatively, may suit an experienced GP/hospital medical administrator with strong customer service and medical administrative skills.Proficient in modern electronic file management systems.Our role in supporting diversity and inclusionAs an international workforce business, we are committed to sourcing personnel that reflects the diversity and values of our client base but also that of Orion Group.
