*We offer flexible working*Job in a nutshell: A unique opportunity to join an established but expanding team who are responsible for the governance and oversight of a number of J.P. Morgan's legal entities in relation to the FCA’s Client Asset (CASS) regulations. The Nutmeg CASS Operations Manager will be responsible for the oversight of Nutmeg’s compliance with the FCA’s CASS regulations in the UK. The teams responsibilities include:•
Performance of the Internal & External client money reconciliation•
Performance of the Internal & External client asset reconciliation•
Production of the monthly CMAR submissions•
Management of the CASS Resolution Pack•
Deep dive reviews of all operational processes they own•
Supporting in the review of new business and product initiatives to ensure they align to the FCA’s CASS requirements•
Building strong and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders in the business and operations•
Management skills and development of their direct reports
Your skills: Essential skills) •
An understanding of UK CASS rules and their application•
Strong communication skills – both verbal and written•
Must be a self-starter, pro-active, organized, with a keen eye on details and have the ability to work without supervision.•
Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment•
Excellent negotiation and influencing skills and ability to drive change•
Client/Customer Focus – Engagement with key senior stakeholders•
Highly motivated, intuitive and possess initiative to identify potential process improvements across all business areas
You might also have: (Desirable skills)•
Experience in a financial services environment•
Experience in manging and fixing system issues•
Experience in negotiating and influencing within a large organisation at senior manager level•
Experience of the application of FCA / PRA / MiFID rules#ICBCareer
