                                    Nursing Home is situated within 15 miles radius

                                         Newcastle under Lyme/ Stoke on Trent

                                                          £80,000 Salary

               The highly successful, purpose built and profitable 45 bed Nursing Home is fully      

               staffed. Has an RGN qualified Manager for over five years, a Deputy Manager and an    

              experienced Administrator. The vacancy arises because the current Chief Operating   

              Officer is stepping down. You will be the boss and the Person-in-Charge to drive the

                company forward for years.      

                  You will have two Principal Goals. First, to achieve the CQC rating of

                  ‘OUTSTANDING ’ from the current ‘GOOD’ in all areas of the Nursing Home.

                   Second, you will significantly improve profitability of the Nursing

                    Home through marketing for more private residents, innovation,

                    and introducing new services. A profit sharing scheme could be 

                     introduced for increased profitability.

                     You must have an RGN/RMN qualification with an active Pin and a

                     proven track record of being a high achiever as a Nursing Home

                     Manager. You will start at £60,000 increased after three calendar

                     months to £80,000
