Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the nursing home, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

• Manage budgets, resources, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a managerial role within a nursing home setting is essential.
• While an RGN qualification is not necessary, candidates must have substantial experience managing a nursing home.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards.
