Are you a talented and experienced nursing Home Manager seeking an exciting new opportunity? Look no further!Job description:-As a Care Home Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the home. Registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), and familiar with all the relevant legislation and regulations. You will be responsible for ensuring that the home provides high-quality care and support to residents, whilst meeting financial targets and maintaining full occupancy. Raising standards of care, ensuring everyone is treated with respect and dignity whilst developing our teams to their full potential.This role could be for you if you have;
* Active registration/PIN with the NMC- Essential.
* Significant experience of working in a similar environment.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* A thorough understanding of the Health & Social Care Act 2008 and Health & Safety legislation.
* Control and management of budgets and accounts.
* Leadership qualities, enthusiasm along with influencing and motivational skills.
* Knowledge of the key principles in sales and marketing.Qualifications required for the role
