As the Nursing Home Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Leading the delivery of high-quality person-centred care
Managing, guiding, and supporting staff
Recruiting and onboarding new team members
Ensuring compliance with business objectives and CQC criteria
Overseeing the home's budget, finances, and commercial control
Collaborating with various teams to maintain service and care levels
Submitting management information reports on home operations
Working closely with the Hospitality and Maintenance teams to ensure high standards

A 2 week rolling rota - alternate weekends

The ideal candidate for the Nursing Home Manager role will have:
A minimum of 3 years' background working as a Registered Care/Nursing Home Manager with CQC knowledge
Background working in dementia care and a valid PIN
A successful history of management and delivery of high-quality care
Experience in financial management and planning
Solid management skills and a passion for managing a care team
An excellent understanding of safeguarding, compliance, and care inspectorate
A passionate, driven, confident, and resilient leadership style
Excellent communication skills
