Overall responsibility of the home •
Staff management/ appraisals/ training•
Care plans/ reviews/ meetings•
General management of the nursing areasThe ideal Nursing Home Manager :•
Hold a current Nurse pin or a non-nurse with extensive Nursing Home Management experience•
Excellent communication skills, an honest & open management style & a passion for elderly care•
NVQ Level 5 / The Registered Managers AwardThe ideal person will be required to have thorough experience of the elderly care sector. You should ideally be Nurse qualified (either RGN / RMN / RNLD)
