Job Title: Nursing Home Manager (Registered Nurse Qualified) - Elderly Dementia Care

Salary: �60,000 - �65,000 per annum
Are you a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly, particularly those with dementia? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dedicated team as a Nursing Home Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Nursing Home Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our care facility, ensuring the delivery of person-centered care to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Leadership and Management: Provide strong leadership to the nursing and care staff, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained. Effectively manage and lead the team to create a positive and supportive working environment.
Clinical Oversight: Utilize your nursing expertise to ensure the delivery of excellent clinical care, with a focus on residents with dementia. Monitor and evaluate care plans, making adjustments as necessary to meet the changing needs of residents.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the nursing home operates in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Oversee audits and inspections, taking corrective action where necessary.
Budget Management: Manage the financial aspects of the nursing home, including budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control. Strive to optimize efficiency without compromising the quality of care.
Quality Improvement: Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall care experience for residents. Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team.
Qualifications and Experience:
Registered Nurse Qualification: You must be a qualified and registered nurse with a valid NMC pin.
Management Experience: Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role within a care setting, preferably in a nursing home.
Dementia Care Expertise: Demonstrated experience in providing care to individuals with dementia.
Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant care regulations and standards.
Effective Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents, their families, and the care team.
