A nursing home on the outskirts of Stirling currently has an excellent opportunity for an experienced and dedicated Service Manager to lead their amazing team of care professionals.

As the Manager, you will be passionate about providing outstanding care, as well as comfortable managing the commercial aspects of running a successful nursing home.

What we're looking for in a Nursing Home Manager:

• NMC Registered Adult Nurse/RGN, Registered Mental Health Nurse/RMN or Registered Learning Disability Nurse/RNLD
• SVQ Level 4 in Care Services Leadership and Management is desirable
• Full driving licence
• Previous leadership experience in a UK nursing home is essential
• Good clinical knowledge and understanding
• You should be able to lead, develop and motivate a team
• Excellent communication, organisational, interpersonal, and time-management skills
