Nursery Room Manager

A lovely setting in London is looking for a Nursery Room Manager- Peckham SE15. Working 40 hours a week on a shift rotation. The nurserys very keen on promotion from within and pay is competitive.
Duties / Responsibilities:
Safeguarding children and promoting their welfare at all times.
Adhering to the policies and procedures of the Day Nursery and compliance with the EYFS, H&S legislation and within Ofsted guidelines
Ensuring confidentiality is maintained in the nursery.
Working as part of a team and planning appropriate activities in line with EYFS
The care and supervision of the children with regard to their physical, emotional and intellectual need and positive behavioural management and keeping of development records/observations.
Forming and maintaining strong partnerships with parents and ensuring that regular feedback regarding childrens learning and development is shared. ...
