We are seeking an individual who is not only enthusiastic, passionate, and energetic but is also dedicated to delivering top-notch childcare and education for preschool-aged children. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being and development of children aged up to 5 years.

Job Details:

We are in search of skilled and highly qualified preschool room Leaders who can bring innovation to the table, raising standards and attainment. A sense of humor, along with the ability to connect and effectively engage with young children, is crucial.

To excel in this role, you will:

• Possess a minimum NVQ Level 3 in Childcare, Learning, and Development or an equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrate prior experience as a Pre-School Room Leader or within a nursery setting.
• Exhibit a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Showcase enthusiasm and maintain a positive attitude.
• Harbour has a genuine passion for working with preschool-aged children.

Essential Requirements:
All applicants must have at least:

• NVQ Level 3 or an equivalent qualification in Early Years, Childcare, Supporting Teaching & Learning, or Social
• Minimum of 3 months of experience working as a Pre-School Room Leader or within a nursery setting
• A positive approach to child development, behavior management, and a genuine passion for your subject, are evident in your teaching
