Nursery Room Leader

We have a great opportunity for a Nursery Room Leader to join a wonderful setting in the Hounslow area.
This nursery offers the highest quality childcare from 3 months to 5 years with a nurturing and stimulating environment from a purpose-built setting, with on-site chefs preparing healthy seasonal menus.
As a Nursery Room Leader you will play a pivotal role in shaping the early experiences of young learners. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming, organised, and stimulating room environment where children can explore, learn, and develop to their full potential.

Responsibilities:

• Foster strong connections with parents and guardians through effective communication, regular updates, and well-organized events, building a vibrant and inclusive community
• Assume accountability for the overall quality of care in the designated room, regularly assessing and implementing improvements to meet and exceed nursery standards
• Lead and inspire a dedicated room team, ensuring the delivery of high quality childcare and educational experiences
• Innovatively design and implement a curriculum that aligns with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, instilling a passion for learning among children
• The Nursery Room Leader will mentor and support team members, offering constructive feedback, and fostering continuous professional development to enhance individual and collective skills

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Possession of a minimum Level 3 Early Years Childcare recognised qualification
• Significant experience in an early years setting, showcasing proven leadership capabilities
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
• Exceptional communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team, driving them towards achieving outstanding outcomes for children
