Are you an established Nursery Manager or an aspiring Deputy looking for your next role? We are currently looking for a Nursery Manager to lead the team at our fantastic Littlehampton Nursery. The nursery is well established and in need of an experienced manager to push for new heights.More about our Nursery; •\t113 place nursery which is well established in the area •\tWe are based on the Bodyshop site with a large outdoor area and 5 rooms•\tWe are the only nursery in the area operating from 7.30am- 6.30pm and fully inclusive•\t30 Colleagues with several who are longstanding •\tFree parking available What you can expect;•\tTo be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Nursery•\tTo take part in recruitment and to support a team of staff to meet statutory ratios and include contingency staffing where appropriate•\tTo provide a child-centred environment where children are cared for in a safe, caring and stimulating way that ensures their individual needs are met within a group setting.•\tTo ensure the national standards for the registration of childcare are maintained at all times.•\tTo implement the Nursery’s Equal Opportunities Policy in all aspects of the Nursery and other childcare services•\tTo take responsibility for quality assurance and compliance with all applicable legislation, including Health and Safety within the Nursery environment •\tExceptional ability and desire to lead delivery of first-class child and customer experiences •\tFull and relevant early years qualification Level 3 or above with minimum of 5 years Early Years’ experience•\tLevel 2 Maths, or must be achieved within 2 years of starting the position•\tAn Enhanced DBS check (we’ll cover the costs)•\tSalary up to £46,000•\tLearning and Development – We give you the support you need to develop your knowledge, skills and behaviours through one-to-one supervisions, personal development plans and access to learning resources and activities•\tProgression opportunities within the nursery as well as opportunities society wide.
