Nursery Practitioner

About the position:
Working with children from 1-5 years old. You will be supporting them throughout their development and carrying out different day-to-day observations.
Applicant Requirements:
Must have NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and Education, CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education.
Proven experience working as a Nursery Practitioner, preferably in a similar setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
Ability to work well as part of a team and independently, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
A genuine passion for working with children, providing them with the best possible start in life.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care and supervision to children aged 1-5 in line with the policies and procedures.
Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities and educational programs that promote children’s physical, intellectual, and social development.
Create a safe and inclusive environment where children feel secure and supported.
Maintain accurate records of children’s progress, including observations and assessments.
Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Continuously engage in professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills.
