Position Overview: Are you passionate about early childhood education and eager to make a difference in the lives of young children? We are currently seeking a Level 3 Practitioner to join our dynamic team. As a Level 3 Practitioner at The Nursery, you will have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of our students while embracing Islamic teachings and traditions.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate activities.

  • Provide a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment for all children.

  • Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

  • Assess children's progress and provide feedback to support their growth and development.

  • Integrate Islamic values and teachings into daily activities and lessons.



Requirements:




  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.

  • Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

  • Passion for working with young children and supporting their holistic development.

  • Understanding and appreciation of Islamic values and principles.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.



Salary:




  • �27,000 per annum for 32 hours a week.



Additional Benefits:




  • Overtime paid for any additional hours worked beyond the standard 32 hours per week.
