Nursery Nurse

An opportunity has arisen for a level 3 Nursery nurse to join a lovely nursery in Loughton, Essex. If you enjoy doing exciting activities with children and have good knowledge of EYFS curriculum, we want to hear from you.
Person Specification:
NNEB, Cache, NVQ level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent
Experience of working in a nursery setting
Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (Desirable)
Paediatric First Aid (Desirable)
Minimum 1-year experience in a similar role
Some of the Nursery Nurse responsibilities will include:
Key worker responsibilities, maintaining children's development records
To comply with all nursery policy and procedures
To work closely with the Room leader planning stimulating age appropriate activities
To promote diversity and equal opportunity
To develop and maintain professional working relationships with colleagues, parents and external childcare professionals
To support children with personal care at sleep and meal times
To ensure the nursery environment is clean, safe and inviting to parents and children
To attend monthly staff meetings, parent's evenings, nursery outings and further training as required
