Qualifications:
Full and Relevant Level 3 Qualification in Early Years EducationMinimum 1 years Team Leadership/Management experienceMinimum 3 years Nursery experienceExcellent working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and current Ofsted statutory guidance.Knowledge and proven practical experience of implementing good quality learning opportunities.Knowledge of and commitment to: child protection, health and safety, equal opportunities and SEN/InclusionExperience of working as a key worker for a group of children and their familiesAbility to observe, assess and report on children's behaviour.
