Busy Bees Evesham, located conveniently near the A46, boasts a purpose-built nursery with ample onsite parking. Our single-level facility features dedicated garden areas for each of our three base rooms, each split into two according to age and stage. Bright, airy, and well-resourced rooms create a stimulating learning environment, while our exciting and spacious gardens foster free-flow play, boosting children's confidence and physical skills. About you
We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Nursery Manager whose primary goal is to deliver the highest standards of childcare and early years education.
You will be resourceful, commercially minded, have strong leadership ability and excellent communication skills.
You will have strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail and be able to prioritise your workload effectively.
Qualifications and Experience
NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3.
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager.
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
A focus on delivering high-quality childcare and early education.
