Requirements
Experience working with children from the age of 6 months- 5 years old
Good organisational, record keeping and planning skills
Excellent communication skills, with children, colleagues, advisors and parents/carers
A good understanding of the EYFS
Understanding of Safeguarding
Good Knowledge of Ofsted requirements
Responsibilities include:
Child Welfare & Safeguarding - ensuring all children are safe, cared for an all aspects of their needs met as per our safeguarding and health and safety policies.
Early years education - We want people who are excited by education, passionate about children and can prove that their knowledge is more than just the 7 areas of learning.
All operational policies and procedures / routines are delivered in line with guidance
