Vision for Education are actively recruiting for passionate and enthusiastic qualified nursery assistants to work in flying start/day nurseries in and around Cardiff.

You would need to hold a relevant qualification or have experience working within an early years setting.

• Excellent Communication skills
• Someone who is not afraid to get stuck and has a can-do attitude.
• To be committed to providing a high quality and safe environment.
• To help the children develop through play and exploration.

What we expect:

• Hold a relevant childcare qualification e.g. Level 2-3 children’s care, play, learning and development, Early years qualification.
• Experience working in a early years setting is desirable but not essential
• Welsh speaking is desirable but not essential.
• Have experience and the knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
