Job Advertisement: Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Location: PE9

Position: Full-Time (Over 4/5 Days)

Role Overview: As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in our nursery team, providing high-quality care and education to children. Your responsibilities will include planning and implementing engaging activities, observing and assessing children's progress, and maintaining a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Childcare & Education:

Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
Foster a nurturing and supportive atmosphere for all children.
Conduct regular observations and assessments, maintaining accurate records.
Forest School Program:

Participate in our Forest School activities, encouraging children to explore and learn in a natural setting.
Promote environmental awareness and outdoor education.
Family Support:

Build positive relationships with parents and caregivers, offering support and guidance as needed.
Communicate effectively about children's progress and any concerns.
Staff Development & Wellbeing:

Engage in continuous professional development opportunities.
Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.
Contribute to a positive workplace culture focused on staff wellbeing.Qualifications & Experience:

Level 3 Early Years Qualification or equivalent.
Experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
Passion for early childhood education and development.
Knowledge of EYFS framework and safeguarding practices.
