TH Solutions are currently looking for a UNIT Nurse Manager to help run a 22 bed unit for a care home in Swansea The home offers support toResidential, Nursing and Dementia care. As a Unit manager you are in charge of all clinical settings for the Unit , from managing staff and care plans and will be on to step in and support the home manager when needed. You NMC Registration required.
2 plus years senior nurse ORclinicallead experience in care home settings.
Care Plan and StaffManagementexperience required
On offer £44,000 per annum
Mainly workingMondaytoFriday ( some weekends will be needed as and when)
Paid NMC pin renewal
Paid breaks and handover
