Our client is dedicated to delivering holistic care, ensuring every resident feels valued, respected, and cherished. As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a dynamic Clinical Lead to join�their care home in Alfreton.
Position Details:

• Role: Clinical Lead
• Location: Alfreton, Derbyshire
• Contract: 35 hours per week
• Shifts: 7-hour shifts, flexible availability across the week
• Shift Patterns: 07:00 - 14:00 or 14:00 - 21:00 (2 shifts per week supernumerary)
• Remuneration: Up to �23.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Qualifications and Requirements:

• RGN/RMN qualification
• Proven experience in elderly care
• Previous roles as Clinical Lead/Deputy Manager/Ward Manager
