Role Overview:
As the Nurse Manager of our Gynaecology Clinic, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of exemplary care to our patients. You will be responsible for managing resources efficiently, maintaining regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to nursing staff, promoting a culture of professionalism and accountability
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, standards of practice, and regulatory requirements
• Manage staffing levels and scheduling to optimize patient care delivery
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for nursing staff
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and facilitate seamless transitions within the clinic
• Act as a liaison between nursing staff, physicians, and administration to address operational issues and drive quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse qualification with current NMC registration
• Proven experience in a leadership or management role within a healthcare setting, preferably in gynaecology or women's health
• Strong clinical expertise and knowledge of gynaecological procedures and treatments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing demands, and make effective decisions under pressure
• Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining patient confidentiality
