Job Description*Home / Hybrid working available*This is an exceptional opportunity to join a well-established private healthcare organisation in the role of Nurse Disability Assessor. You will be provided with industry-leading training and work with an excellent team who are there to support your training and development.What is on offer?- Excellent starting salary at £35,000pa, increasing to £37,000pa once fully accredited- 10% yearly bonus available equating to around £3,500- Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm working hours- Full time and part time available- Hybrid working, meaning 2 days per week are office based and 3 days per week are home-based on a full time basis and varied on a part time basis- Annual leave + bank holidays + the ability to buy or sell 10 more days- All NMC fees paid for and revalidation support providedWhat we look for;• An NMC registered nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) with 12 months + broad post-registration experience• Someone who’s proactive and keen to learn• Excellent oral and written communication skills• Comfortable working towards individual and team targets, in a supportive environment• Comfortable working with a diverse range of conditions, including mental healthWhat does the role involve?The role will involve you carrying out 3 to 4 client assessments per day. A typical day will see you carry out telephone, video or face-to-face assessments to understand how a person's disability or health condition affects their daily life.
