With internal processes getting finalized soon, more and more firms will resort to external hires in the coming months (transactional or contentious areas). Although retention rates have been low the last two years, we are slowly moving back into a more stable market and there's already opportunities to explore externally.
There's 10+ roles available for 2024 NQs, mainly from elite and mid-market US firms, top-tier international as well as regional and national highly ranked practices. Areas currently recruiting include:
