Job Profile:
I am currently representing a fantastic regional law firm who are on the market for a Newly Qualified Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to work in a busy Residential team covering a range of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
What the NQ Residential Conveyancing roles entails:
a caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchase files.
effective supervision to any staff reporting in to you. Complete file reviews, on schedule, for any fee earners requested.
that new matter opening targets are met for your team
personal and team manages files in a manner at all times consistent with any SLAs agreed with referrers of work
regularly in business development activities to stimulate growth in caseload.
