This leading Manufacturing are now looking for an NPI Project Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of New Product Introduction. You will manage the project scope, schedule, finance, risk quality and resources.
As NPI Project Manager you will be passionate, self-motivated and detail orientated. A team player who is committed to producing top quality work every time.
Key responsibilities as NPI Project Manager:Leading and motivating the team to achieve: On Time Delivery, On cost, On quality.Drive fundamentals of Project Management within the business and product life cycle frameworkWork closely with the cross functional teams to ensure key objectives are prioritised correctly.Monitor and report progress, managing risks and focusing on cost adherence.Occasional Client and Supplier visitsParticipate in the continuous improvement of the associated processes.Assist in the preparation of department key performance indicators.Experience as NPI Project Manager: Personal Specification:
Formal qualification in Project Management or previous project management experienceEngineering level degree or other relevant university degreeExperience in electrical/ electro-mechanical /motion control systems is an advantage.Strong interpersonal, communications and presentation skillsExcellent problem-solving skills and able to drive through improvements.Methodical working style and sense of responsibilityFull UK Driving licence – preferable.High ability to communicate internally and externally.Experience working in MRP systems is an advantage.
