Position: NPI/Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Abingdon, Oxfordshire

Job Type: Permanent

Our client, a market leading manufacturing business specialising in semi-conductor technology are on the hunt for a NPI/Manufacturing Engineer!

Role and Responsibilities –

In this role, you will be supporting the NPI/Manufacturing Manager to make sure development of products are up to quality standards, taking into account key processes throughout the operation.

Other responsibilities include:


  • Manage and plan the introduction of new products from concept Engineering to production to meet agreed quality targets and product specifications.
  • Look to continuously improve processes throughout the operation.
  • Ensuring Quality documentation is provided to enable build of products to highest of standards.

Experience or Qualifications –


  • Degree educated in Mechanical Engineering with detailed experience shown.
  • Quality management systems experience
  • Experience in manufacture of large mechanical assemblies and panel wiring
  • Project Management experience (desirable)
