Creating delicious new concepts for major UK retail customers.
Here you’ll be working in a hands-on, customer facing role managing NPD projects from concept through to launch. You’ll be involved in trends research, product benchmarking and new concept ideas. You’ll respond to customer briefs, deliver product presentations to customers, and ensure projects meet all key deadlines.
You’ll then be involved with factory trials through to launch, supported by the Process, Production and Technical teams.
It’s a varied role in a fast-paced business where no two days are the same.
To succeed in the role, you’ll need experience in an NPD position in a food manufacturing environment and knowledge of UK retailers’ ways of working. A real passion for food, culinary ability, and creativity in the kitchen, alongside project management and strong interpersonal skills.
You’ll be joining an innovative food business that has a well-established portfolio of products and wide customer base. If you love seeing your concepts on the supermarket shelves and creating products consumers love, this is a great role. In this growing company, there’s plenty of opportunity for progression too.
It’s mainly site-based working Monday to Friday days. This is a permanent role, so you’ll need the full right to work in the UK. Unfortunately visa sponsorship is not available.
