The Advocate is partnered with a growing leader within the drinks industry seeking a seasoned and ambitious NPD Project Manager to lead groundbreaking initiatives. This is an unparalleled opportunity to collaborate with a global powerhouse and play a pivotal role in driving new product development success.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercialisation process enablement, cross-functional integration, risk mitigation, project portfolio consolidation. Responsible for project delivery, process, governance, and reporting. Collaborate with Commercialization Controller on Innovation projects for growth in the UK market. Manage Brand-led projects, Retailer Own Label initiatives, and supports supply chain and procurement projects. Cross-functional collaboration across UK&I sites and global colleagues/suppliers. Ensure project compliance through commercialization and the stage/gate process. Manage input from all functions for effective decision-making during commercialization meetings. Accountable for on-time, in-full delivery of projects from Gate 2 to 5 and post-launch review. Focus on process enablement, driving innovation projects, and owning timelines. Supervises and reports progress, issues, risks, and compliance to plan in a timely manner.
Your Profile:
Proven Project Management experience within an NPD/Commercialisation setting within the FMCG industry. Ability to manage multiple projects, with strong prioritisation and time management skills. Sense of urgency, ability to multitask, attention to detail but also ability to see the bigger picture. Commercial acumen Ability to communicate and articulate efficiently with strong influencing skills Formal project management qualification
