Lead the entire product development lifecycle. Serve as the main liaison for key clients. Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis. Efficiently manage the NPD process and resources. Requirements include a minimum of 4 years' NPD experience in the food industry, strong customer engagement skills, a creative mindset and adaptability. You do not need previous man management experience.
