£32,000.00 to £35,000.00 + package
Are you passionate about driving innovation and ensuring projects are executed flawlessly? We are seeking an NPD Coordinator to collaborate with the Senior Innovations Manager & NPD Manager on exciting NPD projects. Your role will be crucial in meeting key deadlines and fostering effective communication throughout the NPD process.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead NPD accounts and provide support across additional accounts as needed.
Collaborate closely with various internal stakeholders to manage customer briefs and tenders effectively.
Coordinate concept to launch processes on key accounts, ensuring alignment with customer teams.
Assist in sourcing raw materials, coordinating sampling, and conducting pre-production trials.
Maintain NPD project trackers and attend weekly NPD meetings.
Support departmental continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to innovation efforts.
What We're Looking For:
Working knowledge of retailer requirements for sample submissions.
Experience with Critical Pathway/Concept to Launch processes.
HACCP Level 2 certification (highly advantageous).
Strong team player with excellent organisational skills.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
