Job DescriptionCalling all Northern sales professionals within the building products sector looking to join a market leader with great training and progression opportunities.Due to ongoing growth this hugely successful manufacturer within the building envelope market is looking for an additional Northern field sales executive to join the team.This role is mostly account management of a network of national and independent builders merchants. You will be tasked with servicing the accounts to the highest standard focusing on cross-selling / upselling, promotional activities, trade days and product training.Full training is given as well as support from an internal technical team.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Day-to-day management of trade counter accountsImplementing an agreed account development plan with each trade account brandTo deliver outstanding sales results through proactive branch activity and progressive relationship buildingResponsible for own journey planning and manging own diaryProducing sales and activity reports in line with company goalsYou will be proactive and have bags of enthusiasm and self-motivation with either construction field sales experience selling to builders merchants or stockists or work within a trade counter / builders merchant and be looking to move into field sales.Ideally you will live near to or in one of the major towns / cities in the North East or North West including but not limited to: Preston, Lancaster, Stockport, Blackburn, Huddersfield, Darlington, Cumbria, Leeds, Manchester, Liverpool, Chester, Sheffield, Newcastle, York, Harrogate, Wakefield, Hull or Doncaster.On offer is a competitive salary plus bonus, car, pension, healthcare and 25 days plus bank holidays.
