Our strategic goal is to acquire businesses where we can enhance profitability and streamline operations by deploying our cutting-edge technology. We are a growing business and have offices in the UK, USA and UAE. We have made several investments over the past 12 months covering areas such as Pharma, Recruitment, Telehealth, Ai, Finance & Digital and are in the process of raising additional capital to drastically increase our M&A activity. Role Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced Non-Executive Director with a robust background in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record from an investment banking or a leading accounting firm. As a Non-Executive Director, you will provide independent oversight and contribute to the strategic direction of HHIG, leveraging your M&A expertise to help us achieve our growth objectives.Key Responsibilities:Provide independent judgment and advice on the company's strategic plans, particularly in relation to M&A activities.Leverage your experience to identify and evaluate potential acquisition opportunities.Support the executive team in negotiating and structuring deals.Offer insights on market trends and the competitive landscape.Ensure that HHIG adheres to high standards of corporate governance.Act as a sounding board and mentor for the executive team.Attend and contribute to monthly board meetings, offering your expertise to guide strategic decisions.Ideal Candidate Profile:Extensive experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, ideally from an investment banking or major accounting firm.Strong understanding of the healthcare and technology sectors.Proven ability to assess and integrate acquired businesses to drive profitability and operational efficiency.Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.High level of integrity and a commitment to the highest standards of corporate governance.Ability to dedicate 1 day per month to board meetings and related responsibilities.Why Join HHIG?Be part of an innovative company at the cutting edge of AI technology in healthcare and recruitment.Play a key role in shaping the strategic direction and growth of the company.Work with a dynamic and ambitious team committed to excellence.If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for M&A and a desire to contribute to the success of a forward-thinking company, we would love to hear from you.HHIG is an equal opportunity employer.
