We are passionate about delivering a great customer experience for the 6,900 homes we own across Sussex and Hampshire and in engaging with our residents in an open and positive way, making them part of our journey to provide better homes, services and sustainable communities.We are now looking to appoint a Non-Executive Director (NED) to our board who has specific experience and skills in IT & Digital Technologies.It's a great time to join us as we embark on a transformational journey that will harness the full potential of technology and data, to improve our decision-making, boost operational efficiency, and take our customer experience to new heights.The ideal candidate will provide strategic guidance and oversight, particularly in areas related to transformation, innovation, and technology-driven improvements.Whilst the role requires strategic thinking, the ability to absorb and scrutinise information and a good appreciation of what constitutes good governance, previous NED experience is not essential.
