We are extremely excited to be working with a hospitality tech business who have taken the UK market by storm and are now looking for a Non-Executive Director to join their board to help build and execute the road map to expansion across the USA.
The Individual
As Non-Executive Director you will have C-Suite experience within the hospitality/ food industry and possess strong connections across the UK and USA. You will have a thorough understanding of customer loyalty, promotions, and customer acquisition.
Requirements:
Extensive experience within the hospitality and food industry
Thorough understanding of customer loyalty, rewards and partnerships
Strong UK and USA connections
Experience growing and scaling a digital business
Can-do attitude with desire to build on the success of the business
Flexible work pattern to fit the needs of the business
Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation within the organisation.
Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's strategic growth plans and objectives.
Hands-on approach and willingness to immerse yourself in the business
