In Europe, the firm undertakes a diet of cross-border investment and development matters on behalf of an eclectic mix of PE, credit and debt funds, banks, developers, educational institutions, and even the odd billionaire.Aside from ‘beds, sheds and meds’ the firm has been hyperactive in a range of other alternative asset classes – in particular, European data centres where it has developed something of a lead.Unlike many of its peers, over the past five years, the firm has consistently augmented its core London real estate offering which, even before the current market spike, was causing capacity constraints with its partner-level construction support.
