We are looking for candidates to join us from April onwards and who can be flexible to meet our customers’ needs. Your basic hours will be 21.5 hours per week. Exact shift patterns are below:Week 1Tuesday 09:00-18:00Wednesday 09:00 -18:00Saturday 9:15 - 18:15Week 2Sunday 10:00 -16:45Thursday 10:15 -19:15Friday 09:00 - 18:00alternatively we would considerweekend only candidateSaturdays 09:15 -18:15Sundays 10:00 -16:45and a weekday only candidateThursday 10:15 -19:15The salary for this role is £24,245.10 - £26,884.69 depending on location.No 7 Advisor is an exciting role helping customers and advising them about their skincare and beauty needs.Who we areFive iconic brands make up No7 Beauty Company - No7, Liz Earle, Soap & Glory, Botanics and Sleek MakeUP. Your main responsibilities will be to:Build great relationships with customers and colleaguesProvide personalised consultations using the latest skincare, make up and beauty products.Meet your sales targets and tell customers about our No7 offers and in store promotionsShare knowledge and tips with your wider store team, creating a vibrant and supportive working environmentEnsure your counter is beautifully presented to showcase the range of No 7 skincare and beauty productsWhat you’ll need to haveWe are looking for people who:Welcome each customer and treat everyone with empathy and understandingEnjoy meeting sales targets and playing their part to deliver great team performanceLove to learn and keep up to date with the latest skincare and beauty trendsAre comfortable working both on their own and within a teamDesire to be a proud brand ambassador for No7 and help our customers find the best products for themIt would be great if you also havePrevious experience working with customersExperience using skincare and beauty products on customersGenerous employee discount on our own brands and partner businessesHoliday entitlement that increases with length of serviceDiscretionary annual bonus schemeYour own quarterly allocation of No 7 products for you to try out at home and further share your insights with your customersBecome a certified skin expert with our CIBTAC (Confederation of International Beauty Therapy and Cosmetology) certificationYou will be trained to become a No7 Macmillan Beauty Advisor.
