Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + packageLocation:Region: OxfordshireI have a great opportunity for a No.1 Site Manager to join the Special Works Division of an award-winning Main Contractor on a permanent basis, based out of their Oxford region.The company operate throughout central and southern England, delivering quality D&B, new build, refurbishment and restoration projects up to £20m in value.They have been around for many years and have formed successful long-term partnerships with their clients by delivering efficient, high quality projects. The work in a number of sectors including Education, Healthcare, Restoration, Commercial, Industrial and Sports and Leisure.They have a Special Works Division that carry out a range of refurbishment projects up to £1m in value, and they are looking for a No.1 Site Manager to come on board and oversee projects within this Division. The ideal person will have a strong track record working on smaller refurbishment / extension projects up to £1m in value.Experience:Ideally Degree Qualified or other relevant construction qualificationExperience working for a reputable Main ContractorTrack record working on smaller refurbishment / extension projects up to £1m in valueTrack record working on projects in the Education, Healthcare and Commercial sectorsFirst Aid, SMSTS, CSCSFull UK Drivers’ licenseAble to commute to Oxford on a daily basisIf you are a No.1 Site Manager with the right experience and you are interested in this role, please apply with an updated CV or call Rob on: 07733 529 573
