Salary:
Salary of £40,000 + up to £10,000 performance bonus and other benefits.
Hours
: 40hr / 4 day working week

What we’re looking for in a Nightclub Manager:
We are looking for a passionate, driven General Manager to take the business forward. You must be entrepreneurial & hard working with an eye for detail to maintain meticulously high standards. The ideal applicant must have previous experience in a similar high-volume unit & be able to demonstrate a proven track record in the following areas;
Recruiting, training & supervising staff
Managing budgets
Maintaining statistical & financial records
Planning maintenance work, events & bookings
Handling customer complaints & queries
Promoting & marketing the business
Ensuring compliance with health & safety legislation & licensing laws
Confident in decision making
Applicants must hold a Scottish Personal Licence & a full UK driving licence is advantageous although not essential.
