Night Warehouse Operations Manager

45 hour per week contract33 days holidaysup to 55k Basic depending on experienceSunday – Thursday We are working closely with our client looking for an night Operations Manager, this is a confidential role running the night shift from 10-7 toreporting to the General manager the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience of working night within a warehouse environment. Budget control of 3 million.You will manage a team of 3 Night shift managers. Your experience will be : Worked in a Unionised Environment Effective people management and Motivation. Decision Making and problem solving. Planning and Organising skills. Strong Self motivation. You will have Logistics and Warehouse experience – You might also have had container experience – you will be over seeing of products off and on to loading bays and back loading. Drive and deliver contractually agreed and budgeted KPI on delivery and service levels. Ensure the site remains safe and compliant throughout all chambers and ensure product integrity.
