Role: Night Supervisor
Location: Gerrards Cross
Salary / Rate of pay: £26,000 per annum
Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a popular 4-star hotel in Gerrards Cross and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Night Supervisor to join their team.

£26,000 per annum
What's involved?
Supervise night staff, including night auditors, security personnel, and other night shift employees.
Monitor and maintain security protocols to ensure the safety of guests and the hotel premises.
Conduct regular patrols of the hotel to identify and address any safety or maintenance issues.
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, as well as any reservations or booking inquiries that may arise during the night.
Prepare and distribute reports summarizing the night shift activities and any incidents that occurred.
Night Porter duties.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage night staff and interact with guests.
Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk procedures, security protocols, and customer service standards.
Ability to work independently and make decisions autonomously during the night shift.
Flexibility to work night hours, including weekends and public holidays.
