The role We have a superb opportunity for a NightsHotel Receptionist to join the team.

What we are looking for... Previous experience in a customer facing role in a fast paced service environment
Excellent communication skills, both in person and on the phone
Passionate about delivering the highest levels of service with a desire to learn, work hard and progress
First point of contact for our guests
Checking guest in and out, processing payments
Good knowledge of the hotel facilities and services we offer
Empathetic and able to build relationships
An open personality who is relaxed and natural in their interactions
Able to work effectively as part of a team
Knowledge of Opera is desirable
