Night Porter

Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, theres a kids club for the little ones and a workspace.
As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor is also a hosted home, bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove.
As a Night Porter you will consistently strive to ensure member and guest satisfaction by focusing on successful and efficient completion of any member requests, as well as assisting the Operational Night Duty Managers where needed. The role will also include the retrieval of members from across the estate as well as from local restaurants, valet parking, bike collection, and you therefore must be aged 25 or above and hold a full clean EU drivers license.
Who we are looking for:
Experience within a luxury hotel as a member of the front office or porter team.
Previous night experience would be a plus.
Someone who is dependable and reliable, happy with responsibility and able to work both on their own and as part of a team.
Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results to deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests.
Concierge experience with wide knowledge of local area and excellent networking skills.
Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail.
